DAY 1: ARRIVE IN PARIS
Upon arrival to the beautiful city of Paris, also known as the “City of Light”, you are met and transferred to your hotel.

The rest of the day is free to relax or begin exploring on own.

DAY 2: PARIS (B)
Our morning city tour features the iconic landmarks. Stroll along the grand boulevard of the Champs-Elysées, get a taste of bohemian Paris in Montmartre, admire panoramic views from Sacré-Coeur Basilica, cruise Seine with a glass of Champagne and the famous monument of all with skip-the-line entry to the Eiffel Tower. Tour disbands here around noon, you can choose to tour on your own for the remainder of the day

Tonight, walk 15 minutes from your hotel to Bustronome for an optional special dinner – Bustro Nome Voyage Gourmand (with 6-course meal, 1 glass of champagne, 2 glasses of wine, coffee). Afterwards, return to the hotel on your own.

DAY 3: PARIS (B)
Today is at leisure to discover more of Paris at your own pace and interest.

Perhaps join an optional excursion to Versailles.

DAY 4: PARIS – LYON – MARTIGUES (B)
This morning, your are transferred to Paris-Gare-de-Lyon station and take TGV INOUI to Lyon-Part-Dieu. The journey is around 2 hours and on arriva, take a taxi (transfer can be arranged on request) to the meeting point in front of the Brasserie Georges.

At 1:30 p.m. in front of the Brasserie Georges, you will be transferred from Lyon by coach towards Martigues.

Passengers are welcome to board ship in Martigues at 6:00 p.m.

After comfortably settling into your cabins, we’ll introduce our crew at a welcome cocktail.

DAY 5 PORT SAINT LOUIS – ARLES – AVIGNON
We’ll cruise towards Port-Saint-Louis.

This morning, join one of the excursions proposed to discover the Camargue, visiting a “manade” (bull breeding farm) and learn about how a manadier works with the animals or enjoy a jeep Safari through the Camargue for an original immersion in the wilderness.

This afternoon, join one of the excursions proposed. Take a guided tour of Arles, a highly cultural town enriched with vestiges from the Roman Empire or hike in the Alpilles Mountains to the village of Baux-de-Provence.

Afterwards, continue cruise to Avignon, considered to be one of the most ancient towns in Europe.
DAY 6 AVIGNON – VIVIERS
This morning, join a guided tour of Avignon and the Papal Palace, the largest gothic building of the Middle Ages and described as “the most beautiful and strongest house in the world”. Also see the famous four remaining arches of Avignon bridge, originally completed in 1185. This bridge is the origin of the famous children’s song “Sur le pont d’Avignon”.

The afternoon will be spent cruising to Viviers. And on arrival, enjoy a guided night walk through this medieval town.

DAY 7 VIVIERS – TAIN L’HERMITAGE
This morning, we take an excursion to the Ardèche Gorges Ardèche Gorge. Heading towards Bourg Saint Andéol across the Plateau des Gras to reach Vallon Pont d’Arc. Here, the Ardèche has hewn through the cliff, to construct a grandiose natural arch. “The Pont d’Arc”, 34 metres high. Enjoy breathtaking views over the Gorge.

Back on board in La Voulte for lunch.

In the afternoon, travel to Loriol, Die where you will get the chance to visit a wine cellar and taste the famous Clairette de Die. Then, we will follow the road of the Rousset mountain pass, from where you will enjoy a wonderful panoramic view over the Vercors Plateau.

We’ll return on board in Tain-l’Hermitage.

DAY 8 TAIN L’HERMITAGE – VIENNE – LYON
We’ll cruise towards Vienne this morning. Join us for the excursions proposed. Guided tour of Vienne, a city rich with Roman vestiges or explore Vienne on a Segway for an original tour of this charming “Gallo-Roman¿ city.

We’ll then cruise towards Lyon, France’s third largest city with outstanding museums, a dynamic cultural scene, vibrant nightlife, a thriving university and fantastic shopping that lend the city a distinctly sophisticated air, while adventurous gourmets can indulge in their wildest gastronomic fantasies.

Join us for the excursions proposed: a guided tour of Lyon where you’ll discover its famous “traboules”, types of passageways that are typical of the city or a bike ride through the main monuments and districts of Lyon.

We’ll return on board, and depart at nightfall to admire the city lights in Lyon.

DAY 9 TOURNUS – CHALON-SUR-SAONE
We’ll begin to cruise early in the morning towards Tournus.

Join us on an excursion to visit the famous Hospices de Beaune, whose facade is today regarded as a superior example of Northern Renaissance civic architecture.

We’ll continue along the Burgundy Wine Route and through villages with names that evoke the great French wines.

Return on board in Chalon-sur-Saône at the end of the afternoon and in the evening, enjoy a farewell gala dinner.

DAY 10 CHALON-SUR-SAONE – LYON
Enjoy buffet breakfast on board before disembarkation at 9:00 a.m. Transfer to Lyon Airport or Train station for your onward journey. . End of our services.

After breakfast drive to Lyon, France’s third largest city.
